Automatic rolling shutter filter, also known as automatic winding air filter, is a new type of air filtration equipment newly launched by Jiangsu Tongyue Engineering technicians after long-term research and development. The automatic rolling shutter air filter is a breakthrough in the traditional filter field. It is an air dust removal equipment that converts the pressure difference before and after passing through the filter into a sensing electrical signal and automatically replaces the filter material.

Working principle

The new filter material is installed in the feeding box. When the air conditioning inlet air with high concentration of dust passes through the winding filter, the pressure difference before and after the filter gradually increases with the increase of filter dust.

*When the resistance of the filter rises to the set final resistance value, the differential pressure switch starts to operate.

*After receiving the operation signal, the controller immediately turns on the motor power and automatically starts the motor.

*The operation of the motor drives the scroll inside the feeding box to rotate, thereby winding up the dirty filter material and replacing it with clean filter material on the filtering section.

*The displacement of the filter material during operation is controlled by the distance of the grating. When the filter material reaches the preset length in the controller, the controller will send a signal to the motor, disconnect the power supply, and the motor will stop running.

*Replacing the filter material does not require personnel to go to the top of the equipment, and can be done by using a bracket slide in conjunction with a linkage device.

*The automatic rolling shutter air filter adopts a dedicated mesh filter material, and its structural form is mostly arranged in a density gradient combination. It has excellent ventilation and dust removal ability, low resistance, high strength, stable chemical properties, resistance to certain high temperatures, and is non-toxic, odorless, non volatile, and easy to operate.
